Shipping of all products within the continental United States is free. If you are returning an item, please see our shipping and handling page for more details.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Washington.

PayPal handles our point of sales which is processed at the time of the order.

Customer service is a priority with us. This includes processing your order ASAP. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. On items labeled “Custom Made”, we cannot accept returns, refunds or give credit.

We use PayPal for a reason. They have one of the most secure platforms in the industry which is under 24/7 monitoring for suspicious activity.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number which will let you know the progress of your item. It is important to provide us with your e mail that you want the tracking number sent to.

To provide free shipping, we use ground transportation which usually delivers within 7 to 10 business days. Your tracking number will show the carriers approximate delivery day. If your item does not show up when it is scheduled to be delivered, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number. When ordering, please allow extra delivery time during holiday seasons and extreme weather conditions.
