Returns & Shipping

At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes. Free shipping is within the Continental USA.

We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied. We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or replacement within 10 days from receipt of shipment (excluding return shipping charges) All items MUST be returned unused and with all original tags attached and packing.

All returned items must be in the condition that they were in when you received them. If your blanket comes in a Pendleton box please wrap the box as the box is part of the Pendleton presentation. Hint: If you destroyed the white wrapping we sent your item with; a CLEAN garbage bag will work… If we don’t have the box in good condition we cannot resell the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Steals and Deals: Most are available to return in 7 days unless FINAL SALE is noted in the listing you’ve purchased.

Some times steals and deals have (particulates)??? This means someone opened the bag and tried it on the bed etc. Do they have a black lab or white kitty? It is too much work to take a giant magnifying glass to inspect each return so that is also why you are getting a nifty discount with the Steals and Deals.

RUG RETURNS: We will give you an address for rug returns. Most of our rugs come directly from the factory. We will give you an address dependent on the brand.

How to Return Product 

Before you send an item back, Please contact us with the issue and reason for return so we can give you a return authorization number. YOU MUST HAVE A AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO RETURN AN ITEM AND INCLUDE IT WITH THE ITEM. This assures a speedier refund.  All returned items must be in the condition that they were in when you received them.

We will give you a shipping label to save your costs and your time. You can either call UPS to pick it up or drop it off anywhere UPS picks up.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue an exchange or refund for the cost of your item less the shipping fees within 4 days.

There are a lot of websites that charge a re-stocking fee. We understand and choose not to do so unless your item comes back smelling like Uncle Festers cigars and Ben Gay.

We are picky about what we re-sell and don’t want to disappoint someone else. We also understand Friday night 3 glasses of wine shopping adventures (just let us know before Monday morning when we go to ship your goodies).

Refunds

Your refund will be issued within 4 days from our receipt and inspection of item. Payment will be in the form originally used to purchase your item. Of course all returns must be in the original condition and not altered or damaged. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us at onehudsonroad@aol.com We DO read our e-mails on the weekend but will likely respond Monday morning.
